Whitegates is a traditional red-brick period property formally owned by the Redgrave family the English acting dynasty the property has been extended and refurbished throughout. The home nestles on the outskirts of the picturesque Market Town of Bromyard in the Frome Valley. An ancient town with a rich agricultural history it is the perfect setting for our care home. The local shops, library, gym are all very close as is the doctor’s surgery.

The interior of Whitegates has been beautifully designed and includes state-of-the-art facilities within the warm, intimate atmosphere of a place to call home. The large, en suite bedrooms are tastefully furnished and a thoughtful layout ensures an exceptional level of care can be delivered.

As with all Herefordshire Care Homes, it is a community driven home-from-home created to meet the needs of our residents and their families.

The service was extremely well led. People and staff felt that the manager and the provider were approachable and supportive. People said they could talk to the manager at any time and they would be listened to.
