We now require an exceptional Night time Team Leader with proven experience of caring for older people.

What you’ll be doing
Being a Night Team Leader is about acting as a role model by leading and supervising the night team, working alongside them and completing regular staff appraisals.
You will take responsibility for case managing residents at night and liaising with families, health care professional and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created, and outstanding care is delivered.
You will work closely with the home Managers to develop a seamless 24-hour high-quality service .
You will complete clinical observations, complete care plans, complete risk assessments and audit the quality of nighttime care .

What you’ll need
You’ll have completed NVQ level 3 or equivalent as a minimum with a range of additional qualifications and training. You’ll be well-organised, IT literate and skilled at allocating and delegating work appropriately, you have a proven ability to lead and supervise others and a good understanding of care planning processes. You’ll be trained to administer medication and used to contributing to, monitoring and implementing changes that improve outcomes for residents. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding .
